Here Are Our Guarantee Terms For All Our Used Instruments

YOUR GUARANTEE TERMS / CONDITIONS

Used instruments carry a 3 month Guarantee. (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED).

ONLY instruments sold within 150 Mile Radius of Our Store In Carlisle Will Be Given A Guarantee, Instruments sold further afield will be SOLD AS SEEN.

The Guarantee we Provide is PARTS & LABOUR ONLY.

This means during the Guarantee Period we will provide parts & Labour time FREE of charge to repair any faults, however an £80 plus milage fee will still be charged for any guarantee call out or repair/service issue during the guarantee period

Milage is charged at a cost of £0.50p per mile door to door.

If, upon inspection the fault or faults/issue is deemed to be user error or a settings  issues rather than a fault, this will not be covered by your Guarantee & we reserve the right to charge usual fees for our services.

Any attempt by the user/buyer to enter the insides of an instrument, or in anyway modify, alter/interfere with the internals, or break any warranty seals will render the guarantee VOIDED.

ALL GUARANTEES ARE UK MAINLAND ONLY.

INSTRUMENTS BOUGHT TO BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UK ARE NOT GIVEN ANY GUARANTEE & ARE ALWAYS SOLD AS SEEN.

REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT offer refunds on our used instruments. Items are sold with a guarantee unless otherwise stated. Instruments sold without a guarantee are SOLD AS SEEN. Any Instrument Being shipped outside of the UK Is SOLD AS SEEN without any Guarantee.

TRADE & DEALER SALES
 

Where we are selling to the trade (To be sold on for profit) we do not offer any Guarantee.

REQUESTS TO “Source & Supply”
 

We offer a source & Supply service for all makes and models Of Organs Digital Pianos & Keyboards. If we are approached to source instruments on your behalf We expect payment UP FRONT for the goods. If for any reason we are asked to cancel the order at a later date We are not obliged to offer or give a refund. If, under certain circumstances, and after mutual agreement, Key Organs agrees to refund in full or partially, any money paid, we will deduct our reasonable costs incurred in sourcing your requested stock, for such costs as Admin, Time, Phone Calls Etc. Any Refund Agreed Can Take up to 90 Days To Process.

Supply To Africa / Kenya
 

When approached to supply for export to Kenya & Africa, Key Organs will not be held responsible for deadlines of export of containers leaving the UK. We will deliver at a time/date that fits the needs of the business i.e. when in the related delivery area, this is for logistical & costs efficiency reasons. Key Organs will not refund on goods ordered if a container or export deadline is missed, and we will not guarantee to meet 3rd party export deadlines expectations

 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these TERMS.
